  • The Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Mile both in Manchester and Milton Keynes had some very bouncy participants. Over 40 Scouts and BBC Breakfast News Presenter, Mike Bushell, completed their Mile on ProJumps, which are essentially stilts with big springs on them! Now, you have the chance to put a spring in your step, by bidding for a brand new pair of ProJumps, signed by celebrities on the night of Sport Relief.

    Bike Week, one of the UK's biggest cycling events, has named Sport Relief as their official charity partner - which just goes to show - it's never too late to get involved and do something to raise money for Sport Relief.

    The huge event will be taking place from 14th to 22nd June and it's all about promoting cycling as a source of fitness and fun for all the family. This year, Bike Week is giving you the chance to get in the saddle and raise cash to help change lives at the same time.

  • The Sport Relief Weekend kicked off yesterday with a day of fundraising and a fantastic Friday night of TV on the BBC.

    The TV extravaganza, hosted by Richard Hammond, Gary Lineker, Davina McCall, Patrick Kielty and Claudia Winkleman, included some of the BBC's biggest brands in a huge celebration of sport and entertainment.

    From Sport Relief does Strictly Come Dancing and The Apprentice, through to Celebrity Boxing, Top Gear and a very special Friday Night with Jonathan Ross, the night was packed with stars and surprises.
